KFOK is an all volunteer, Georgetown, California based community radio station which provides a non-commercial platform for unique, locally produced programming that is reflective of the diverse talents and interests of our local broadcasters and listeners. NEW TOWER BUILT ON HOTCKISS HILL

GREAT NEWS! - Verizon Wireless and the Georgetwn Divide Public Utility District (GDPUD) have come together to build a tower that is taller and higher on the hill than we could have built on our own and we have been assured of a place on the new GDPUD tower. The new tower is up so as soon as we can reach an agreement with GDPUD we will apply for our FCC permit to move. When we recieve the permit from the FCC we will be able to relocate our antenna to the new tower which will greatly improve our broadcast range.
